Hubert Owens is an Army combat veteran. He now serves his community as President of Yes We Care, Inc., a nonprofit that helps veterans, children, the homeless, and those with serious illnesses. He's also a paralegal for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and volunteers at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society. Professionally, Hubert owns Trojan Security Service.

He has a BS in Criminal Justice from Methodist University and a Master's degree in Theological Studies from Liberty University. He aims to promote life, freedom, unity, and prosperity.

Hubert and his wife, Cynthia, have four children.
